Institutional Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Company" refers to Connection™ LLC, registered in the State of Qatar. "Platform" refers to the Company's website, applications, and digital services. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform. "Services" refers to the institutional coordination, protocol management, and operational intelligence capabilities provided by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to these terms, access to and use of the Platform must be discontinued immediately.

3. Nature of Services

The Company provides institutional-grade operational coordination and protocol management capabilities designed for sovereign environments, international organizations, and high-sensitivity decision environments.

The Platform and Services are not consumer products. They are designed for institutional deployment under structured engagement models.

4. Human Authority and AI Governance

All operational intelligence capabilities within the Platform function as decision-support tools. Executive authority remains with authorized human personnel at all times. No automated process within the Platform overrides or replaces human institutional authority.

Critical operational actions require accredited human authorization before execution. Audit logging is maintained for all decision-support processes.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, service marks, software, designs, and content, are the exclusive property of Connection™ LLC. No license or right is granted to the User except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by the User to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
