Dispute & Jurisdictional Positioning Statement

1. Governing Jurisdiction

All services, agreements, and engagements of Connection™ LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of the State of Qatar hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Company's services.

2. Dispute Resolution

The Company encourages amicable resolution of disputes through direct institutional communication. Where formal resolution is required, the parties shall first attempt mediation before resorting to litigation. The Company is open to structured arbitration under mutually agreed frameworks where institutional context requires it.

3. Cross-Border Considerations

For engagements involving multiple jurisdictions, the Company will work with institutional stakeholders to establish appropriate governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms that respect the sovereignty and legal frameworks of all involved parties.

4. Sovereign Immunity Acknowledgment

The Company acknowledges and respects the sovereign immunity of state entities and governmental organizations. Engagement structures with sovereign entities are designed to accommodate applicable immunity frameworks.
